We are very happy to report that issues affecting access to proposed Men's Shed site have been resolved!
Big shout out and thank you to all those who lobbied, petitioned or lodged objections on our behalf.
Your vocal support has helped to achieve this positive outcome and demonstrates the communities passion for ensuring Hedland gets its Men's Shed. Z
We are grateful to HiCON, the Port Hedland International Airport and the Town of Port Hedland for their efforts in identifying an alternative solution that is workable for all parties, reaffirming htheir support and belief in the value of the Men's Shed.
Next steps - signing the lease and then hopefully "swinging the gates open" to the shed before the end of this year.
